S(H)IT Cleansing
Narendra Modi is now a clean man. Earlier one’s sins could be washed with a dip in the Ganges. Now we have Supreme Court SIT teams i.e. Special Investigation Team, who cleanses you of any wrong.
Ever since the carnage in Gujarat ten years ago, it was an obvious fact that such a scale of destruction and loss of over 1200 lives could be stemmed and controlled. Narendra Modi who was the Chief Minister was alleged to be directly instigating and protecting such acts of violence. Presuming he was not, then has anything been proven to show he ordered it be controlled? If Narendra Modi was innocent then why was Sanjiv Bhatt an IPS officer victimized for exposing him.
He is no doubt a leader who showed the progress a state can make, but at what cost? If ethnic and sectarian cleansing is the way towards progress, do we need such progress? Today SIT has cleared him and now the party machinery is all showcasing him as a poster boy touted to be the next Prime Minster of India. Tomorrow it could be Dawood Ibrahim who could be cleared by a SIT team as anyways most of the files that have documented his crime have gone missing. Therefore he is a clean man and he could be projected as the Defense Minster, considering his in-depth knowledge of the Pakistani system.
People like Arun Kejriwal and Kiran Bedi get exposed for some alleged financial frauds because they have aligned with Anna Hazare who is spearheading an ‘Anticorruption Drive’. How come these people’s financial frauds not known before and only come to light when they are exposing corruption of the government? The financial frauds alleged are something as trivial as Kiran Bedi flying economy class and claiming funds for business class, or Arun Kejriwal misappropriating funds donated to his NGO. At the same billions of dollars are stacked in Swiss banks mostly by the politicians who have robbed the country. Next would be a SIT team that would declare all the wealth stashed in Swiss Banks as false stories and give a clean chit to all the politicians, maybe even declare the wealth as clean and return it back to the politicians.
If Narendra Modi was alleged conniver of the Gujarat riots, how many days has he sent in jail? Biggest scams like the 2G, Common wealth, the culprits who went to jail are out on bail. Am presuming it would be only a matter of time the lone surviving Pakistani terrorist would also be cleared some SIT team, proving his act was not intentional and forced on him or maybe he was a minor or some crap like that. What has happened to the Bofors scandal? What has happened to the Adarsh building scam? What will happen of the current defense scam? Today a politician’s popularity is with amount of scams he is / was involved in. How many development works can any politicians be known for? Neighboring China builds infrastructure at the speed a child would build stuff with blocks. Back in India one a decision to build something takes years together, then hopefully some shoddy structure would be built and named after some corrupt politician. Come to think of it, development in China has been abusing Human Rights and ethnic cleansing…….which means Narendra Modi is doing a great job.
Someone rightly said the law is an ass and what comes out of it in India……….is S(H)IT.
