Dedications

Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Zadkeil, Raguel, Barachiel, Haniel, Jeremeil, Ariel, Remeil are few of the names of the Angels in the Bible. Amongst the  "thousands upon thousands" and "myriads of myriads" of Angels in Revelation and Hebrews.

These are just names of Angels. Their existence is a matter of faith. Believing and praying to them is a matter of belief. Somethings that cannot be fathomed, understood with a mind of logic and science. Who is right or wrong, will result in egos of arrogance that gives wings to fly to to prove, who can fly higher in proving what is right or wrong? Ending in debate of verbosity, intellect and straining relationships in the process.

On a lighter vein for those who cant fly they can try Red Bull as it claims it gives you wings. Whether true or false it clocked over USD 11 billion in sales. A drink which is harmful and with a name, Bull, and advertised it gives you wings. Heard of a metaphor if Pigs can fly, now they want to prove Bulls can make you fly.

That was a cock and bull story, in lighter vein. Coming back to angels which which are there in all religious texts and scriptures. Whether they were real or are they real or do they protect, is something that cannot be proven. Many people believe, great harm that came their way was diverted by their Guardian Angel. 

Then there are human beings without wings who are Angels. Complete strangers who reach out and help. I have experienced many and try to be one, but futile or maybe I dont want to be, in my pursuit of earning my daily bread and even praying to God, give us today our daily bread. When God is asking how much more bread can I give. Its time we pray teach us to share our daily bread. On a literal level food wastage is over 1 billion tons and there are many going hungry to bed.

This blog is penned in gratitude to an Angel named GD in the life of my family and me. Her modesty refused me permission to disclose her name or her angelic face. A complete stranger who was a colleague at work who I knew only for few months. In the desire of my wife and my intention to adopt a baby after having a son, we ran short of immediate liquid funds that could not be accessed. She did not even know of my predicament, but just overheard a telecoversation I was having with my wife. Next day she comes with a signed blank cheque and gives it me. Leaving me stunned blank to recognize if this was a human or an Angel. Even though I did not need the money and returned the cheque, I believe and an am happy I met an Angel.

An Angel I met after 23 years again alongwith her husband, my wife and daughter. She was still the Angel wanting to know who is next she could fly to, that needed help.
