What a Posh Murder?

The recent drunken driving by a minor killing two youth on a bike in Pune has revealed corruption to the core and how rotten the system is and even how more rotten are people in the system. Reminded of Salman Khan's drunken driving, killing homeless sleeping on the footpath? Till today it is not yet proven who was driving the car as it is alleged that Salman was not driving the car? Maybe the car was driven Anil Kapoor as he was invisible in movie, Mr. India?

Why was this gruesome drunk driving murder by a minor, met with an even more gruesome and insensitive judiciary? Giving bail with 15 hours and a punishment of penning an essay on the accident? Memes of Vijay Mallya and other fraudsters are already popping on social media that they are ready to write an essay, but is justice system also making a meme of itself?

How much can a system be prostituted for money. Even prostitutes would not entertain everyone for money. Efforts being made to prove that car was driven by the family driver and not not the drunken youth. Then test proving he was not drunk? He was a minor and irrespective whether he was drunk or not, the system is definitely intoxicated by the potency of money.

Everyday new reports of corruption is trickling in. The latest in the head of forensics found to tamper with evidence. The earlier myth was crime was influenced by movies, when in reality it is the real life that inspires reel life. With villains being called antagonist or anti hero, where they wield the power.

Had it not been the moral conscience of the citizens, this case would have been thrown under a bus......

......or a posh murder under a Porsche

Comments:
CORRUPTION IS A WAY OF LIFE.
IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN.
IMPLEMENTION OF LAW IS ONLY FOR THE POOR.
CORRUPTION IS IN OUR BLOOD.

U r so damn right

In India Judge,, Magistrate, Police Officer, Minister, Public Servant of Mantralaya all are on sale for a cost. These official are all Prostitues and no respect. Even real Prostitues will be far better .

Greed for money in India will never end.

I fully agree with the author - Mr Sunny Fernandes. Filthy rich parents wield so much power and influence that they dont think it necessary to teach their children the difference between good & bad. And when their rich spoilt brats indulge in excesses or illegalities the former rush to defend their sordid acts using their influence, money and muscle power.

Classical examples are of Ambani's underage son killing innocent pedestrians due to speed-driving, actor Salman Khan killing innocents due to drunk driving and killing endangered Black Buck deer in jungles of Rajasthan.

Such rich spoilt brats and their parents deserve nothing less than life imprisonment, without remission.

Jai Hind !!

Money spoils the mind. Which leads to this sort of action. Minor. 1.Drinking. 2 barowner pouring. 3.fathers brain to give car to minor. 4.trying to substitute driver.5.tax not paid.6.so no insurance. 7maybe no PUC.

Sir forget the parents the children of these corrupt officers should have been killed uder a car then we would see if the same if they accept the same fake story of the corrupt POLITICAIN,BUILDER,JUDGe,
Lies pelted out day in and day out.

Yes. All these corrupt people should put themselves in the place of those parents who lost their children. But no, money will corrupt anyone, especially the super rich who have no conscience at all.

The grand father and the father must be thrown behind the bars along with the kid for at least 10 years with no parole option.
